We have about 150 Sogeti colleagues in Finland, and the size of the team continues to grow along with the business. For us, growth also refers to the individual. This means supporting each expert's path - from completing certifications to trying new ways of working.
Due to customer assignments, the main recruitment focus is on Finnish speakers. We hope you understand that only some customers work in English, and we need to be sure we can serve all of them. However, we still welcome applications from English speakers since that is the working language of some of the technologies. Each advertised role will make clear the language requirements.
This is also why many of our pages are currently in Finnish, although we are working on their translations.
We also hope that new colleagues are working in a similar time zone to our customers in Europe to avoid any potential inconvenience for them.

We can offer customers the most versatile coverage of various testing methods in Finland. We specialize in things like modern testing automation.

Internationally, Sogeti already has a reputation for Microsoft expertise, and we are bringing this knowledge to Finland. As a new business area for the country, we’re creating a culture that welcomes ideas and an experimental approach in the search for bold solutions.
